Initial Goal for 2008 season to become nationally ranked as a CAT 4 Cyclist

Good aerobic base, former runner had been cycling for a few years and had ridden a couple of century rides. Began racing as a CAT 5 cyclist.

Began coaching in July 2008 by the season’s end in October finished the reason with the following rankings:

CAT 5/30-34 AG Road Race – 1st                           CAT 5 GA Road Race – 8th
